About Us

Internet Solutions Services Limited is based in Rossendale, Lancashire and is owned by Paul Spann and Lisa Thompson.

It is a small company with a team of 8, we maybe small but we use technology in the best and most efficient way to ensure that our operation run smoothly.

We have a few hundred clients who have been with us for many years and are testament to our quality of service. You know that when you work with ISSL you will not get a call centre and get through to a different person each time, we all know our clients and it doesn't take long for new clients to get to know us.

Our main area is within the estate agency and letting agency industry where we started from back in 2001, we developed software to enable estate agents to be able to display properties on their own website and designed and built the website to accommodate the database.
Lisa is a former estate agent and as such the software has been developed based on what the end user needs rather than simply for a technology perspective yet running efficiently so that administration within the office is kept to a minimum.

Naturally, the business has progressed to other areas as more clients recommend us to other small businesses in other industries. The Wedding Industry has become another specialist area of ours and we now have a hundred or so clients with website design and hosting.

We own all our own servers and these are stored in secure location with multiple access lines to the World Wide Web, not using third parties gives us freedom and control over the standard of service that we can offer. We are also a member of Nominet and as such have all our .co.uk domains on our own TAG - UKPROPERTY.

Internet Solutions Services Limited is proud to sponsor Wesley Spurrett (our technical support technician) as an up and coming Rossendale Cricketer in the Lancashire League for Rawtenstall Cricket Club.

We are also very proud to be the official sponsor of the Rossendale Rugby Union FC Under 11 and Under 12 teams. We wish both teams the very best of luck.

The club is always looking for more players so if you are interested and want to know more then contact the club and ask for Paul Kilshaw. They practice and play Sunday mornings and are a friendly bunch.
