All web site design questions and amendments should be emailed through to our design department design@issl.co.uk where one of the designers will pick the work up and get back to you as soon as they can. If you need to speak to one of them about any site changes please call 0161 660 1982 (option 3).

Customer Support

All accounts queries are dealt with by Margaret Pickering, Monday - Thursday she can be emailed margaret@issl.co.uk or called on 0161 660 1982 (option 2)

Technical Support

Initially we request that all issues and questions are emailed through to support@issl.co.uk so that we can ensure that the right technician trained for the job is able to respond.

For most issues we will email a PIN number and request a login to the computer where the end user can show us the problem/issue and we can help rectify directly.

If email is not working then please call 0161 660 1982 (option 1) where the technician will create a job for you.
