These days most business relies heavily on computers and software, therefore it is important that you are able to obtain support should you have a problem.

The staff at ISSL are fully trained to help you deal with your software related problems and can be contacted via our ticket system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To get the best out of anything, training plays an essential part. The more knowledge you have about something then you are in a better position to make it work for you!

jakX is a complex system, it does everything that an agent needs; from the initial request for a market appraisal right through to completion with all aspects in between covered. Yet, despite it's complexity, it is user friendly once you have the know how!

ISSL has made training more accessible now by opening up a specific training room in our offices. This room is used solely for training agents on the software. There are designated training computers linked to training databases where all aspects of the software can be covered. All training courses can be tailored to your own needs so if you already have the basics and know how to enter properties but would like to know more about designing your own brochures or creating your own letters for the software to produce, then no problem.

We do find that agents learn far more about the software if they are taken out of the office as there are fewer distractions. Naturally, we provide refreshments throughout the day and lunch. One day is never enough to learn the whole system inside and out, but with this knowledge that you already have and what you will learn you will be able to get much more out of the software

Courses

We restrict course to 4 people at a time. This ensures that all levels of computer skills are taken into account.

The costs are much lower than a staff member coming out to your office.

£25 plus VAT per person per day (including lunch and refreshments)

On-site training

We have found through experience that this is not the best method of training and generally would not advise it, but in saying that, having on-site training is better than no training at all!

The cost of this is much greater as, naturally, we have travelling expenses to your office and to get a full day in this can mean an overnight stay beforehand.

1 day - £495 plus VAT (N.B. you can have as many delegates attend as required)
