Manual consent
If "Force GDPR conformation" has been enabled in Administration/Privacy, you as the member of staff MUST document that you have informed your contact of your GDPR statement. Your agency should have your statement stored in Standout. If your agency has not set the statement, a system generated statement will be displayed as follows:

When you tick the "Consent" option, then complete your entry of the contact details, by clicking Create contact, Standout records the message spoken to the contact with the date and time as proof that you have completed this legal requirement.
