The Fledglings Digital Parent/Carer Planner is a secure, web-based platform designed and developed by Internet Solutions Services Limited (ISSL).

It brings together the information involved in supporting a disabled child, young person or adult, helping families and carers manage everyday care without important information becoming scattered across notebooks, calendars, emails, documents and different devices.

Unlike a simple online notebook, the planner actively helps users manage care through reminders, shared access, medication tracking, evidence gathering, review preparation, professional handovers and secure care-team communication.

Designed around the person being supported

Every supported person has their own profile, and the planner adapts according to who it is being used for.

This means users are not presented with a huge collection of features that have nothing to do with the person they care for.

Medication, appointments and reminders

Medication information can include schedules, doses, stock levels, refill information and medication history.

Support applications and official guidance

The planner can help users organise applications, reviews, renewals and important dates in one place.

Support information can adapt according to the supported person's country and region, helping surface more relevant official guidance rather than assuming every family is in the same part of the UK.

The planner works through a modern web browser on phones, tablets and computers and can be installed as a web app on compatible devices.
